Undocumented Immigration and Higher Education


  1. The legislation in SB 170 will do the following: Tuition equity would allow students who meet certain criteria to pay in-state tuition rates at state colleges and universities. To qualify, students must:

    - Attend a Colorado high school for at least 3 years;

    - Graduate or earn a GED; and

    - Be accepted into a postsecondary education program.
